Notice of Public Hearing
Before the
Dalton Planning Board

A Public Hearing will be held before the Dalton Planning Board in accordance with New Hampshire State Laws on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 7:00 PM at the Dalton Municipal Building to consider the following items:

Mark and Martha Haskins have applied to the Dalton Planning Board a Technical Subdivision, Lot Line Adjustment for their property on Tucker Road/Route 142/Martin Meadow Pond Road known as Map 412 Lot 02-001 and Map 412 Lot 03, Two existing parcels exist, containing 25.54 acres and 8.40 acres. Proposal is to adjust the common lot lines of Parcels 412-02-001 and 412-03. The adjustment results in 412-02-001 becoming 30.07 acres and 412-03 becoming 3.87 acres. No new lots are being created.

The public is welcome to attend and discuss any concerns.
